PAIN... IN.... LEGS!! MUST..... STOP!

This morning I went for my walk and must have gotten a wild hair up my nose or I was thinking too much about life. I usually think about my life as I walk, keeps me from just stopping. I don't know if it was the song on my MP3 player or what, but this morning I was thinking about the people I use to work with at the gym and Destiny was the face I was seeing as I was walking. All of her energy and the facial expression she would have as I told her a story or just about anything. Her giggle and the things she would say. (That I would later have to explain to Jeremiah, you know what I am talking about buddy don't you?) And it was almost like she was right there with me, walking beside me and sharing her energy and laugh with me. So I did something I do not normally do. I walked and I mean WALKED! For an hour. I did check my pulse. Like I know how to do that; you take your beats per minute and multiply that by your age and how many squares of TP you use and add the number of times you swore while walking and subtract that by the number of red spots you now are seeing in front of your eyes and you get the numbers that tell you to either step up your fat arse or stop before you have a heart attack on the school track and they have to get the EMTs that are also the school board chair man and the guy that owns and runs the only gas station in town to call, blow, pump me back to life! You are probably thinking to yourself, "Self, that means there are two people in that town that are EMTs." But you would be wrong! That guy is ALL those things in this town. Just like Eric is the Superindent and Principle and AD and the middle school basketball coach and the weight lifting teacher (they have NO idea that the kids in Eric's class will only be lifting with their left hands because the teacher can't lift anything heavy with his right arm still) and I am really excited about watching a wrestler coach basketball. At least he got another maintance guy hired so he doesn't have to do that too. Any who, back to my story. Destiny you would be really proud of me for walking so far today and not killing someone in the process (me). I didn't even have to take any of Dave's tie-slim to do it! Nor did I have to watch my fat in take last night at dinner! I just walked until the balls of my feet hurt so bad that I can barely walk on them and my legs are swearing at me like Romy taught them how! But I will admit that it felt good and I just might do it again tomorrow, that is if my legs are still talking to me by then. I am sticking to my W.O.W. diet and doing pretty good I think. It is something that I can do for the rest of my life. For those of you who want to know what diet this is, look in D&C 89 and it will explain the whole diet to you. I promise it works, and so does the man who made your body. And who else would know better than a Dr. about your body than the man who made it? Right? Any way, I guess I miss you guys and it would be great to hear from you all. Catch ya all later, Angie.
