4th of July Pictures

This is Gabby, the little girl that was intertaining the people around her until the REAL fireworks as Dylan called them, started.
We went to the Farewell Bend State Park that is about 5 minutes outside of Huntington to watch the fireworks. This park is right on the Snake River and next year, if we are still here, we will watch them on the boat. Reflection of the fireworks in the water, I just hope I don't drop one of te girls in the water.

Can you see the moon right behind the fireworks?

Eric liked how you could see the fireworks being lit from the ground. That red light is the fireman's lighting torch. You could see when he had lit another one and it made it easier for me to take pictures with the warning. Thanks guys! :)

I really like this one. You can see the moon and the clouds and the backs of the people sitting in front of us. (Gabby's family) Pretty good 4th of July picture if I do say so my self.

Dylan with a sparkler, not sure about taking his eyes off the sparkler long enough to look at his mother for a picture.

I am not the only one very excited about the 4th. Here is D'Kota making a number 4 with his sparkler. He says he was not making a number 4 but I could see his lips moving and he was counting. I am just lucky I got the picture as he said 4.
Sorry it took me so long to get these posted. Being out here in the middle of nowhere has taken it's toll on my internet service. I am now limited to how much I can down load in a day. And BOY did I go over on Saturday. So they cut me off until this morning. OK, I didn't figure out the problem until yesterday morning and it took all day yesterday for everything to reset. Yes Jeremiah, I still have a long way to go to knowing everything about the internet. Like saying I got that off line. You people know what I am talking about! Just to let you guys know to put your orders in now. I have big brown spiders that I am getting ready to box up and send out to you all. So you better let me know how many you want. Yes I do have plenty but who knows how many you all may want. I highly doubt that they may be back ordered but you never know. It does look like they breed pretty fast even when faced with hairspray and purfume. But the steamer and lime away are now being tryed. If that does not work, pure bleach will be employeed. So put your order in now. I do have a request, if any of you have any extra spatulas, please send them my way. I am probably the only person smart enough to use my kitchen spatulas to clean my bathroom. But they work wonders on other peoples' soap scum that is really thick in my bathroom shower stall. I may have enough to make another person soon. I think I will call her Martha and make her clean the rest of this house. Eric shampooed the carpet last night. Is it suppose to be hard and crusty after you shampoo? He also shampooed the car so it will be amazingly clean for our trip Mom. Riding in style. Right now the shower is taking a shower in Lime away and my hands and lungs are burning. Figured I would let it set for an hour or two, or until I get back next week. Eric showers in the boys' bathroom. Guess he does not like to shower with scrap marks on the shower wall that shows what it looks like and what it is SUPPOSE to look like. Poor man. At least I have not found any more mice tracks in a long time! Yes I know that we have only been here a week, so what! But I have discovered that Sundays are not just for going to church and resting. It is also for killing mice! We killed two on the first Sunday we were here and we got another little bugger that did not listen to my screams (not as bad as the stove incident Mom so you can come and visit) this Sunday. I will not be here for next Sunday. Not sure if I am sad about that or not. I will have to let that idea set for a while and I will let you know. That's all for now. I have to take a shower in the boys' bathroom and get ready for my vitamin d dose (I have a tanning appt. :) ).
